She started working here when In the beginning of the year. She is currently doing her inservice training with us. Shes very hands on and takes initiative all the time. she started in the grade RR class working with children aged 4-5years old. all our classes have two educators, so she worked alongside an educator at all times. She helped with the toilet routine, lunch time, play time and reading. She was also very hands on in the kitchen. She made sure all children had their own snacks and lunch. She is currently working in the grade R class with children aged 5-6years. So far she’s good. She can do lesson plans on her own, meet due dates and teach the children. She is a very fast learner, very active and friendly. She is part of the aftercare as well untill 5pm. She helps the grades 4-6 with english, afrikaans, maths and lifeskills. I would reccommend her for the grade R class shes very hands on with the children.
