What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	She doesn’t need any training although if there are some specific appliances that she did not use before, a minimum of explanation could be required.

Loyalty to her work?	I think that 17 years with the same employer talk by itself in terms of loyalty to her work.
Was she mostly on time for work?	Always on time, and if she is late for any reason, she advises accordingly.
Her thoroughness?	Her thoroughness is ok although sometimes, my wife needs to pinpoint few details
