Noluthando was a very diligent worker. She had a pleasant demeanour and was easy to have around. She worked methodically and managed her tasks and time independently. She was conscientious and always arrived on time for work. She gave notice if she was unable to come to work, mostly due to illness. She had sober habits and always took great care of her appearance. |

Not in our employment setting. She was proficient in all areas. Areas that could be expanded are cooking and childcare. I think Noluthando would benefit greatly from training in these areas to widen her skill set. |

Working independently. There was never any need to micromanage Noluthando. |
