From when to when did she work for you: |
8 years (2014 to 2022) |
Why is she no longer employed? |
After my divorce I did not have the finances to keep Elizabeth in my employment. I honestly would have kept her if I had the finances. |
What were her Duties? |
She did a lot. She ran the house because me and my wife where both working. She looked after my two kids, especially the second child who was born when Elizabeth started. At 9 months my child got diagnosed with liver cancer and Elizabeth was a pillar of support during that whole time. She did all the house chores. She even tutored my older kid after school with her homework |
How was her personality at work? |
I was not always at home, so I did not have a lot of insight into her personality. I can say she is trustworthy, and I recommend her. |
What would you say your former employee needs more training in? |
I think she is already a master housekeeper and basically fulfill the role of a nurse and counsellor and tutor for my kids, so she is definitely already very proficient. |
What did she excel in? |
She was honestly the perfect fit for our family. She always made sure everything is 100% |
Loyalty to her work? |
Incredibly loyal |
Was she mostly on time for work? |
She was always on time. She is very punctual as a person. After the weekend you knew at 6 am Monday she would be ready to work |
Her thoroughness? |
Yes, Monday to Friday she would help wake the kids and then start cleaning. She had a schedule and always got to everything. She knew exactly what she was doing. The house was in 100% condition when I got home |
How many days in a week did she work? |
She lived in and was always available and willing to give an extra hand |
