From Private Family (1): This letter serves as a reference as well as a show of my support for MM. MM was employed by me from the 1″ April 2004 up to and including the 1″ April 2011. MM was employed as a Nanny, and also provided domestic assistance. Our employment relationship was terminated due to my move to Australia. MM proved herself to be honest, caring, and reliable. She was more than an employee, she was part of our family, and she took care of my daughter from the time she was born. MM also assisted me in my Franchise, in terms of the preparation for all lessons utilised in the franchise. MM attended a Nanny Training Course as well as a First Aid course and proved herself to be diligent and open to learning new skills, even learning to swim in our pool in case of emergencies. I am fully supporting MM in her application for further study, she is fantastic with children, truly supportive of myself as a parent, and a happy employee. It was a pleasure to have her in our lives.
From Private Family (2): So, Martha started working for us over a decade ago and she stayed at the school for quite some time because I know it wasn’t too few years ago when. We had to let her go due to COVID just hit and so our finances took a bit of a knock. And so, we couldn’t afford to keep her so unfortunately, we had to go. So, in terms of what our experience working with her was, she was a delight to have. The family loved her We all just really loved her. I know I still do, and it was just a filtered circumstances that really led us to splitting our ways. She’s a great person. She’s got the right attitude. I would say for someone who you want to take care of your home and your children, she’s got the right attitude. Her personality was all really good. She’s really good with children and I think that’s what I mostly loved about her. The fact that she took after my children as though they were own. Then, in between having to look after the kids, she cleaned our house so she would help take at the house. She would help with, laundry, ironing, just cleaning or just general household chores. But really, when I hired her, the reason really was the boys. So, I needed someone to just look after them, make sure that they are well looked after. I also needed someone that would help them with schoolwork. So, when they came back. She would need just like homework, just make sure that there was food in the house. When they came back, she’s there for support. From an experience working point of view, I don’t want to lie, She’s great. She’s a great person. If you do get an opportunity to meet her. I’m sure you will pick up the same.
