What were her Duties? | She took care of my kids (2 & 4 years-old) & she managed my house. She also used to do the driving, attend social events, and cooked for the children. Basically everything I did not have the time to do when it came to helping educate the children and reminding me of everything that I needed to do. She would clean the rooms and kitchen even though the housekeeping duties were not expected of her. |
How was her personality at work? | Hannah is a superstar. She is a people’s person with a strong personality, which I appreciated since she would not let the children lead her around by her nose. She was firm and they knew who was in charge. |
What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | We all have room for improvement. Although Hannah was excellent and I can’t say anything negative about her. |
What did she excel in? | She was super good at everything. If I could put a cape around her shoulders I would.Being patient and helping the children understand when she laid down the rules. |

How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house? | Very loving, caring, and patient. We did have dogs which she was comfortable around, although this was not part of her duties. |
