Why is she no longer employed?	She is still only working on Sundays.
What were her Duties?	She functions as a housekeeper however ran an entire guesthouse. Completing daily tasks such as cleaning rooms properly, making arrangements to get other deep cleaning tasks done, making grocery lists, dealing with difficult guests, and all other general cleaning duties.
How was her personality at work?	Very sweet, nice and easy to get along with.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	Not at all for basic housekeeping and guesthouse cleaning.
What did she excel in?	Taking initiative.
Loyalty to her work?	Yes, she is. She is trustworthy. If the guest leave anything, she will report it and follow procedure.
Was she mostly on time for work?	She is always on time.
How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house?	In general the guest never complained.
Her thoroughness?	The showers are always spotless. The place is always clean and up to standard with plenty of expected work completed in the limited time frame.

Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable?	She used to be employed for the full week until we were notified that we can not run the airbnb and kept her on one day a week. When the airbnb was able to operate 6 months later, she had other employment an was unable to do full-time, however she did help us find a replacement for the other days.
Would you recommend her services?	Yes, absolutely I love her.
Communication skills?	It great. She communicates well with me about the guest (e.g. if something breaks) and is able to communicate with the guest well.

What were her Duties?	Assisting at home as a Housekeeper with cleaning (10/10), ironing and laundry (9/10).
How was her personality at work?	She is approachable and respectful.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	Not really, whenever I handed her a new task, she would take it on with enthusiasm.
What did she excel in?	She was exceptional at cleaning. The showers were always spotless, as well as the dishes and floors.
Loyalty to her work?	She is loyal to her work. Nothing ever went missing and when anything was misplaced or not finished, she would offer to come in the following day to help.
Was she mostly on time for work?	She was always on time and would communicate if she was going to be 5 minutes late due to transport.
How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house?	She only spoke when it was necessary and her focus was on her duties. She would let me know when she needed assistance with anything.
Her thoroughness?	She paid attention to detail like cleaning under the coaches.

Communication skills?	She was quiet person and would not speak up about her personal problems, however when there is a work related problem she does speak up. She was very helpful and whenever I was not happy with anything I would communicate that with her and she would do better.
