Housekeeping Duties:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing where necessary and mopping the floors.
• Taking items out of the cupboards, wiping the shelves, and neatly organising the cupboards.
• Cleaning the toilets, and restocking restrooms.
• Moving furniture to clean underneath Washing laundry, ironing the laundry, and packing it in the cupboards.
• Washing curtains and bed linen.
• Washing dish and cleaning the fridge and freezer.
• Informing my employer of any cleaning equipment, detergents etc needed to effectively do the job.

Nanny duties

• Children are one and two and four years old
• Caring for children’s physical and emotional needs, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing them
• Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Creating and implementing age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
• Organizing and accompanying children to extracurricular activities and playdates
• Playing and supervising playtime and outdoor activities
• Maintaining a regular routine for children, including meal and nap times
• Encouraging good behaviour
• Communicating with parents about the child’s progress, behaviour, and any concerns
• Prepared their lunch and uniform for their next day of school

From Private Family: ZM is employed by us. She’s been working for us for six years now. She’s been working full time. Yes, she was working full time Monday to Friday. Sometimes I would ask her to also do work on Sundays. She is very excellent. She excelled in everything. She excel in cleaning. She excelled with my kids. I have three kids which the eldest is 4 and then the second one is 2 and then the last one is 1 is so before her we were struggling to get a person who can like look after our kids. We would get the person, but the kids they would feel comfortable around that person, but since we met ZM, she was very good at them, and the kids loved her. So yeah. So, she excelled in everything, and she has a good work speed. She knows how to multitask with no mistakes at all. She was not cooking for us, but I would ask her to make, for example, if I’m not around for the sake of my husband. So, the only people that she would cook for with the kids. So, she was cooking for my kids. Yes, I would recommend her. The reason why we can’t continue with her is because we are relocating to Cape Town.
