Reference
From School: NT started work on the 10th of May 2023 and worked there for 3 months. She was responsible for teaching grade 3 learners. She would teach, do activities, and entertain the children during PE. She worked very professionally using the resources left for her. Yes, NT can follow instructions well and communication was very professional. Contacting parents when needed and sorting homework problems out. I personally don’t think there’s anything to be worried about. She is a good worker and passionate in what she does. NT left because her contract expired. I would recommend her because she is patient with the children and has a drive to help them succeed. If they had problems she would sit with each child and make sure they understood.
From Private Family: I knew NT since she was little as she was my neighbhour. I realized that she was great with children when she would offer to babysit my children and they enjoyed being with her. She would dance and play with them and made sure they were alright. When she got a license, I would borrow NT my car to drive the children wherever (school, doctor’s appointments etc.). When my last-born child was born, NT become my full-time au pair. She is no longer working for us because we moved to Port Elizabeth. I recommend NT to look after children; she is great.
