I am acquainted with her, as she served as our au pair for an approximate duration of 2 years. Her performance was consistently exceptional, demonstrating remarkable strength and competence. As a mother of three—comprising twins and an older child—I observed her adeptly fostering strong connections with each of them. Despite the inherent challenges posed by energetic twins, she managed them with commendable skill. Furthermore, during the transitional phase of our older child entering her teen years, she navigated the situation adeptly and even became a confidant to my daughter.
Initially engaged for transportation needs, we swiftly recognized her exceptional capabilities, expanding her responsibilities accordingly. Beyond ensuring reliable school pickups, she actively contributed to the children’s academic pursuits, engaged in sports activities, managed sports equipment, facilitated bath time preparations, and undertook meal preparations. Additionally, she willingly ran errands upon request, showcasing her versatility and dedication.
Ultimately, the decision to part ways with her coincided with my daughter’s maturation into high school, where we deemed her capable of assuming greater responsibilities. Throughout her tenure, I encountered no grievances or issues, affirming her competence and reliability in her role.
