From Private Family:
NM commenced her service on August 23, 2023. Serving as a tutor for our child with Asperger’s syndrome, she navigated the unique challenges of educating him, ultimately leading us to opt for enrollment in a specialized school for children with special needs. Nione’s responsibilities included aiding our son with school assignments, accompanying him to extracurricular activities, and offering support to our younger daughter in RR grade. She played a comprehensive role in caring for the children during my work hours. Adored by my kids, NM caring nature shone through. While capable of being strict when needed, her overall demeanor was always considerate, going above and beyond to help. Despite her youth, NM displayed a keen willingness to learn. Her foundational knowledge of educating a child with autism impressed me, and her adaptability and positive attitude reflected her commitment to continuous improvement. Furthering her education in special needs assistance would undoubtedly enrich her skills and provide a solid framework for the future. NM exhibited excellent planning and organizational skills, consistently seeking ways to make teaching more practical for my child. Financially responsible, she never borrowed money. Punctuality was a consistent strength; she was always on time. NM’s kind-hearted nature extended from animals to my children, ensuring their safety and well-being. She engaged not only with the kids but also played with our dogs. While completing class activities on time posed a challenge with my child, NM dedicated extra time to ensure completion without pressuring him to meet specific deadlines. Wholeheartedly recommended, parting ways was bittersweet but in the best interest of our child. NM effortlessly blended into our home, becoming like a family member. Nothing ever went missing; her honesty and integrity were evident, making her an individual of unquestionable trust.
From Private Business:
NM contributed to our team as a teacher for the 5-year-olds from February 2023 to August 2023, when she chose to resign. Holding a formal education qualification, she enriched her skills further by completing a first aid course during her tenure with us. Her organizational skills were commendable, and she never found the need to borrow money. Consistently punctual, NM displayed a strong work ethic, swiftly completing tasks. While efficient, some feedback suggested she might have been too strict with the children. Handling a class of approximately 28 children, she demonstrated rapid learning and adept completion of tasks. Although we recommend NM, it is with the suggestion of implementing a clear contract. We believe she could have provided even greater value with a longer commitment, and her sudden resignation left us disappointed. Despite this, she never exhibited any negligence, and nothing was ever reported missing during her time with us.
