1. served as an assistant teacher and Au-pair within the educational framework of our school, She worked for us from January 2021- April 2021, It was a four month temporary contract. I am the parent of an 8-year-old boy and a 13-year-old daughter, currently enrolled in Grade 3 and 8, respectively. ST undertook the responsibility of caring for my children, including overseeing their academic pursuits by assisting with homework, facilitating their preparedness for school, and ensuring their nutritional needs were met through meal preparation. Additionally, she engaged in recreational activities with them. ST also contributed to maintaining a tidy household, with a focus on light cleaning, particularly in their living spaces.

 She had a very positive and welcoming personality. ST was always very punctual, she was always early for her duties which included, Helping to maintain a positive and organized learning environment by managing student behavior, enforcing rules, and promoting a respectful atmosphere, Assisting in the preparation of instructional materials, including worksheets, visual aids, and other resources, to enhance the teaching and learning process, Monitoring students during various activities, including classroom sessions, recess, and lunchtime, ensuring their safety and well-being,  Assisting in grading assignments, tests, and homework, Maintaining accurate records of student progress and performance etc. She absolutely loves kids and animals, her respect toward the elderly is really amazing. She is a very precise person and does everything that is expected of her with high expectations. She loves planning everything ahead that way she able to finish all her tasks on time some even earlier, she never borrowed any money from work. Nothing has ever wen’t missing while she was still working for us, I believe she’s a very trustworthy person instead she would remind me of things that I had forgotten about. That is what I love about her. I could never accuse her of any criminal activities because she is a very open and honest individual. I would highly recommend her for any child-related job.
