Housekeeping Duties:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing where necessary and mopping the floors.
• Taking items out of the cupboards, wiping the shelves, and neatly organising the cupboards.
• Cleaning the toilets, and restocking restrooms.
• Moving furniture to clean underneath
• Washing laundry, ironing the laundry, and packing it in the cupboards.
• Washing curtains and bed linen.
• Washing dish and cleaning the fridge and freezer.
• Cooked meals as per employers request.
• Informing my employer of any cleaning equipment, detergents etc needed to effectively do the job.

Nanny Duties: Children were three, five and seven years old

• Plan and supervise the baby’s daily routine.
• Help children with schoolwork (once they started school)
• Prepare meals (lunch) and feed the children.
• Made lunch with them (e.g noodles, sandwiches and eggs)
• Read books, sing songs, and play age-appropriate games with the children.
• Teaching skills like colours, animals, numbers, and shapes
• Help the child develop their speech and vocabulary.
• Create a safe, stimulating environment for the children through safe and appropriate play.
• Make sure their overall wellbeing is alright

Reason for leaving: Could not afford LF’s services

Reference from Private Family: LF worked for my family from 2019 till last year (2023) and the only reason she is no longer working for me is because I can no longer afford her services. Otherwise, she would still be working for me as I recommend her services. We started falling in love with her when we saw how well she took care of our boys. She had a way to handle them. She is also an excellent cook and housekeeper. LF mostly cooked light meals for the boys especially. She would also spend the night when we needed her to because we would not be around. My children absolutely adored her. We also had a pet dog, and she was comfortable with the day. I would not hesitate to hire LF again given the chance.
