Helpers at Home -Domestic staff development – Training Academy and Professional Workshops were first established in March 2011 by Reinette Wassenaar, who is the founder and owner. Her recruitment agency focus on professional placements of various Nanny, Au Pair (home staff) and Housekeeper positions.
In addition to these Professional services, her business also focuses on providing high quality training to all candidates for Nanny, Au Pair or House keepers positions. Extensive research was conducted prior to establishing the business to ensure the relevant and needed gap in the market could be addressed successfully. Hours of data with regards to feedback from clients, staff, nannies and specialists were reviewed and reworked to assist in the design of these relevant and practical manuals for nanny development and learning.
Reinette has gained extensive knowledge through her years of working experience in this market sector, ranging from recruitment, interviews and placing the best suited candidate with the right family. It is through this recruitment process that she discovered the need for Professional Nanny Training.
Helpers at Home then invested in the development of a range of high impact and professional Nanny Workshops and Training Programmes.
The focus of these professional workshops and training sessions is to provide relevant skills, knowledge and support to candidates and staff. These training workshops are designed to be interactive, practical and provide each candidate with relevant information, tools, skills and knowledge to step into a professional career as a Nanny, Au Pair and House keeper.
