STEP 3
INTERVIEW CANDIDATE(S)

Interviews are completely free on the condition of using the online option during business hours. In addition, we also offer interviews outside of business hours and in-person interviews at an additional cost.

STEP 4
CONFIRM PLACEMENT

You let us know if you are confident in the candidate(s) that you have interviewed or about your concerns. Once you are happy with your selection, the placement process will proceed with a quotation.

STEP 5
AGREEMENT & INVOICE

You will receive the placement agreement and your invoice to be returned as soon as possible. It is also important to note that returning these documents secures your candidate.

STEP 6
READY TO BEGIN

Your candidate receives their employment offer. Upon signing, your helper is ready to start. Also take note that you will receive the background report and that your replacement guarantee will be available.
