| From when to when did she work for you: | From July this year until month end October. |
| Why is she no longer employed? | Oh no, so when we hired her, we made it clear that it would be a contract position. From next month, my mother-in-law will be assisting us, and my son will also be starting daycare. So that’s why the contract is ending. |
| What were her Duties? | Only as a nanny. |
| How was her personality at work? | She’s very lively and a really good person, very happy and positive. She takes instructions well but is also very knowledgeable. For me, as a first-time mom, she was amazing. She would guide me through things I didn’t know, and she was always informative. For example, she’d tell me, “Oh, maybe this is what’s going on with the baby.” She’s very knowledgeable with infants and really good at guiding new parents |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | From a childcare perspective, definitely not. I wouldn’t say she needs training she’s really good with kids |
| What does she excel in | She is really good with Kids. |
| How old were the children and what activities did she do with them | Yes, only six weeks. |
| Was she mostly on time for work? | Yes, she was staying with us |
| How many days in a week did she work? | She’s a live-in nanny, but she works Monday to Friday she leaves every Friday and comes back every Monday. |
| Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? | N/A |
| Communication skills | In general, she communicates well. The only small issue was that sometimes she’d be a bit late, and communication about that could’ve been better at first. But over time, it improved. I think she struggled a bit with confidence at the beginning, but overall, she communicated well — especially when it came to the child. She would always keep me updated and was very professional. |
| Pets | No, we don’t have pets. We live in an apartment upstairs, so no pets. |
| Would you recommend her services | Yes, yes, I definitely would. |
