| From when to when did she work for you: |
2015 until this year |
| Why is she no longer employed? |
My ex-husband and I got divorced, and he decided he wanted to sell the house. That’s why she started looking for something else |
| What were her Duties? |
I used to refer to her as a house manager. She managed literally everything in the house. What food to buy, the pantry, the cleaning materials. She cooked, she cleaned, she fetched the girls from school, she brought them home, took them to extracurriculars. She managed everything in the household. |
| How was her personality at work? |
She’s very warm, very bubbly. She loves kids. She loves people in general. And she’s got a very big heart when it comes to children and helping out children and things like that |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? |
No, there’s nothing that I can think of. |
| What did she excel in? |
She is actually really good at everything. I can’t think of one thing that she’s not great in. She is excellent in planning. She’s a very logical person. She will, for example, tell you, “No, don’t buy that stuff, it doesn’t work. This is a much better recipe, buy this.” |
| How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house? |
I just had two Yorkies and she was excellent with them. |
| Her thoroughness? |
Very thorough |
| How many days in a week did she work? |
5 days a week |
| Would you recommend her services? |
yes |
| Communication skills? |
As long as she knows there’s an open line of communication, because she’ll much rather ask than just do her own thing. So I think for She it’s important to know that there is an open line of communication. Then if she wants to do something, she will ask you. She will tell you, “I want to, let’s say, spring clean the living room.” |
