From when to when did she work for you:	She has been working with me since 2012 and is currently still working for me.
Why is she no longer employed?	She is still employed by me. There has been no resignation. Her role has changed over the years as my children have grown older.
What were her Duties?	Initially, she started as our childminder. As my children got older and needed less childminding, she became more of a domestic, while still assisting with whatever the children needed. As a childminder, she looked after the children, kept them active and organised activities for them in the garden, around the pool and inside the house. As a domestic, she keeps the home clean. She cleans my four-bedroom home, including the lounge, dining room, kitchen and other areas. Periodically, she also cleans my single cottage where my dad stays when I ask her to.
How was her personality at work?	She is great. She is bubbly, enjoys joking, and is open.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	That would be very difficult for me to say because she has fulfilled everything that we have needed. She has done her CPR courses and her childminding training. As a domestic, she is great. There is not much I can say. Maybe what suits me might not suit somebody else.
What did she excel in?	On the childminding side, I absolutely adored the relationship she had with the kids and her ability to keep them active in whatever space they needed. Whether it was in the garden, around the pool or inside the house, she made sure the kids were always busy with activities. On the domestic side, she keeps the home clean.
Loyalty to her work?	She has been working with me since 2012, so she has been with my family for a very long time. She has been part of the family for a long time and has looked after my children since they were babies.
Was she mostly on time for work?	I would say 95% of the time she is on time.
How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house?	She had a very good relationship with the children. She has been with my kids since they were babies, basically like their second mom. She also cleans the cottage where my dad stays, and there is never an issue when I ask her to clean it.
Her thoroughness?	She keeps the home clean and has fulfilled everything that we have needed from her. There is not much I can say other than that she is great as a domestic.
How many days in a week did she work?	Monday to Friday.
Would you recommend her services?	Yes. She has been with our family since 2012 and we have a very trusting relationship with her.
Communication skills?	Fantastic. She is very open and very clear when speaking to you. She is also very clear when it comes to sending and receiving messages.
