This includes keeping the house clean, doing the laundry and ironing, and keeping the household running smoothly. She also helps with our two boys, who are now 12 and 9, when needed. She assists with babysitting, making meals and snacks, and helping them with schoolwork. She also does pet sitting and house sitting for us when required. |

| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | I really don’t think she needs any additional training. Before coming to us, she had already completed a lot of training courses. |
| What did she excel in? | She is a really good all-rounder. She is an exceptionally good housekeeper and house cleaner. She keeps everything under control and keeps the household system running. The clothes are clean, the ironing is done and the house is clean. She is also very good with children, pet sitting and house sitting. She is very reliable and dependable. |
| Loyalty to her work? | She has been with us for over four years and has been a very dependable person in our household. We have been able to call on her for many different things, and I have never worried about asking her to help with something. |

She never panics and always has a calm energy, which is great with children. She also looks after our two Labradors and has done pet sitting for us. We also had a cat before it recently passed away. |
