Job Name: Private family (House consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room; Family of five consisting of three adults and two children; family was based in Orange Grove before relocating; Position was a live-out, Monday to Friday and weekends would be overtime)

Housekeeping Duties:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing where necessary and mopping the floors.
• Taking items out of the cupboards, wiping the shelves, and neatly organising the cupboards.
• Cleaning the toilets, and restocking restrooms.
• Moving furniture to clean underneath
• Washing laundry, ironing the laundry, and packing it in the cupboards.
• Washing curtains and bed linen.
• Run errands for the
• Washing dish and cleaning the fridge and freezer.
• Cooked meals as per Employers request.
• Informing my employer of any cleaning equipment, detergents etc needed to effectively do my job.

Nanny Duties: Children were three years old and newborn (born when PM was already employed)

• Plan and supervise the baby’s daily routine.
• Bath, change nappy massage and get the baby is dressed.
• Wash and sterilize the baby’s bottles.
• Help children with schoolwork (once they started school)
• Prepare meals (lunch) and feed the children.
• Read books, sing songs, and play age-appropriate games with the children.
• Fed and changed nappy of baby.
• Help the child develop their speech and vocabulary.

Au- pair duties: Children were in Primary School

• Teaching skills like colours, animals, numbers, and shapes
• Drove children to designated located (School and Extra mural activities)
• Create a safe, stimulating environment for the children through safe and appropriate play.
• Make sure their overall wellbeing is looked after.

Food prepared by PM:

• Sandwiches
• Sliced fruit
• Pap and meat
• Rice and vegetables
• Cooked requested meals
