Animal Farm

Greeting and welcoming visitors: Having the responsibility to greet guests and provide them with information about the Flag Animal Farm and directing them to the appropriate places around the facility.
Answering and directing phone calls: Having to answer phone calls and direct phone calls to the appropriate person
Managing appointments: Scheduling appointments for guests, school excursions to book parties or visitors coming to visit the Animal Farm.
Handling mail and deliveries: Having the responsibility for handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries (Packing and counting stock). Sorting and distributing mails, preparing outgoing mails.
Performing general administrative tasks: Having to perform a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopy, invoices and party bookings.
Providing basic information: Having to provide basic information to guests such as hours of operation, location and services offered.
Maintaining a tidy reception area: Being responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, including keeping the area clean and well-stocked with supplies.

Promoting and Selling Alcoholic Products: Having to engage with guests in a happy, fun, positive, and friendly manner, encouraging them to purchase drinks.
Exceptional Appearance and Professionalism: Having to maintain an exceptional appearance, be energetic, and have an aptitude for life. Interacting with guests, entertain, and sell products while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Client Interaction and Information Working closely with hosts and floor staff to ensure that client needs are met throughout their visit. Answering questions, provide information about the specific event, and assist with any inquiries.
Clean and Safe Environment: Responsible for keeping work and serving stations clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Effective Communication and Teamwork: Collaborating with the shot girl manager, listen to instructions, and pay attention to our Working as a team, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing sales.
Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is crucial. Engaging with clients, create a positive experience, and contribute to the overall enjoyment of the specific event.
