Duties:

• Sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing where necessary and mopping the floors.
• Taking items out of the cupboards, wiping the shelves, and neatly organising the cupboards.
• Cleaning the toilets, and restocking restrooms.
• Moving furniture to clean underneath
• Washing laundry, ironing the laundry, and packing it in the cupboards.
• Washing curtains and bed linen.
• Washing dish and cleaning the fridge and freezer.
• Cooked meals as per Employers request.
• Informing my employer of any cleaning equipment, detergents etc needed to effectively do my job.

Cooked meals such as:

• Pap, rice and samp
• Creamy spinach
• Chicken and meat

Oh yes, she has been working for me for many years now, shes currently still working 3days a week. She is amazing. She is a housekeeper at my home she cleans really well. My house is fairly big, and she does a great job with it. She knows her job very well. She follows instruction great too. She is well spoken in English. She understands Afrikaans a little but cannot respond. I have never had any issues with her. During the many years that she has been with me she has never just requested to be off or not showed up to work for no reason. She is rarely sick. I have never had any complaints about her, and I bet you have nothing to worry about. She has cooked for me many times, but  its your basic meals like pap, rice, meat and gravy. She is delightful to have around, I am very happy with her.
