From Alberts family: NR worked as a live in housekeeper and caregiver for my mom from 31st March 2021 until 4th February 2023. Unfortunately, it was in my mom’s best interest to move to a Care Centre and reside there permanently due to her mental state deteriorating from living alone at home. NR’s duties included cooking (she was willing to learn to cook and did an awesome job when she got the hang of it), cleaning, doing laundry and she was even willing to water the garden for my Mom. She also understood my mom’s medical requirements and treated my mom with patience and compassion. Her duties also included all the basic caregiver duties. She was not only my mom’s caregiver but in addition her companion as well. NR has always taken the “giver” in “caregiver” very seriously and as such has devoted herself to the selfless care of my mom. She takes an approach that focuses on dedicating herself to ensuring not only the health of my mom, but also her happiness. She is most definitely trustworthy, caring, and reliable. She has a heart of gold and never complained when asked by my mom to do something for her. I would recommend her without a doubt for any available caregiver position. We are extremely thankful for everything she has done for my mom; we are truly going to miss her.
From Cloete family: NR was a caregiver for my mother. She was with us for about a year until she passed on. She worked in shifts and she worked with another caregiver. She was brilliant with my mom. I could have left her with my mother for three months and I knew that when I came back, she would have been well taken care of. I was very amazed with her knowledge of her is very trustworthy, and she is not someone who enjoys complaining. I would consider caregiving more of a calling for her. She was always there. She is phenomenal and I could rely on her 200%. NR is a diamond, and I would definitely rely on her.
