Why is she no longer employed?	She had family difficulties involving her daughter and wanted to be there to support her during that time.
What were her Duties?	She was my domestic helper. She was responsible for general housekeeping, including cleaning and laundry. She took excellent care of the home.
How was her personality at work?	She was wonderful to work with, very easygoing, reliable. She was an excellent helper and a pleasure to have in the home.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	I don’t think she needs any additional training.
What did she excel in?	She took exceptional care of my elderly parents. She was always there for them and looked after them with great care. Whoever employs her will be very lucky.
How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house?	No. I have a pet now, but I didn’t have one while she worked for me.
Her thoroughness?	She always did what was asked of her
How many days in a week did she work?	She started as a part-time helper, but for most of the time she worked for me, she lived in.
Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable?	Yes. She gave a full month’s notice before leaving.
Would you recommend her services?	Absolutely. I highly recommend her. Any family would be lucky to have her, and if I didn’t already have a long-term full-time helper, I would hire her again without hesitation.
Communication skills?	Her communication skills were excellent. She can read, write, and speak English fluently and communicates very well.
