| From when to when did she work for you: |
She has worked with us since 2007, 2006. So that is actually 20 years. She worked with us. |
| Why is she no longer employed? |
Unfortunately, we had to relocate, we moved to the USA in September last year, so that was her last working month. |
| What were her Duties? |
She basically cleaned the house. She used to be only like three days a week, but when we moved, seven days a week, but she does all the house cleaning duties. She also was my son’s nanny when he was born, which was 16 years ago, and she worked as a nanny duty as well as some house duties during that time. She knows how to do all the household cleaning jobs: cleaning windows, scrubbing floors, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms, changing bedding, ironing, all of the above. |
| How was her personality at work? |
She’s a very quiet person. She tends to, she actually tends to rather not say much |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? |
She doesn’t really need training in anything. I would say she knows how to do all the household cleaning jobs. |
| What did she excel in? |
She’s really good with ironing. She’s able to cook as well. |
| Loyalty to her work? |
She worked with us. She was the only person that worked with us in our home for almost 20 years. She was just so trustworthy. My family think of her as family. |
| Was she mostly on time for work? |
She worked five days a week, always on time for work. |
| How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house? |
She was a nanny to my 16-year-old when he was born, the children we had. Yes, she grew up with us with three kids. She’s been comfortable with animals. We had three dogs, two Labradors and a little Jack Russell terrier. So yeah, she definitely was. |
| Her thoroughness? |
She worked really well. We had a daily big home. Actually, we had four bedrooms with a study and flat, which was a bedroom, a bathroom and a lounge, and entertainment area, which is a separate room. So I think in total it was like five bathrooms, four bathrooms in total, something like six rooms, a huge plot. Yeah, so she did all of that. |

Five days a week |
| Did she cook? Example of the meals? |
She’s able to cook as well. At one point she was cooking meals for us. |
| Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? |
She didn’t resign. Unfortunately, we had to relocate, we moved to the USA in September last year, so that was her last working month. |
| Would you recommend her services? |
Absolutely. She was the only person that worked with us in our home for almost 20 years. She was just so trustworthy. My family think of her as family. I told think of her as family, and I would definitely recommend her. She’s absolutely amazing. |
| Communication skills? |
She does understand English, although it’s not very strong, and she does speak some English, but sometimes language she struggles |
