| From when to when did she work for you: | She has been with us for over 10 years now. |
| Why is she no longer employed? | She is still with us |
| What were her Duties? | She’s taking care of the little ones, cleaning, ironing, cooking and such, and just maintaining the whole household, normal stuff, yeah. |
| How was her personality at work? | She’s nice, she’s bubbly, she is, you can correct her, she doesn’t take things too personal, she’s just good. |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | No, no. She’s been with my kids in all the different phases, she’s helped them with homework, I mean, they’re teenagers now that she’s been with for a while. So, no, I don’t think she needs much more training. She’s an excellent cook now. |
| What did she excel in? | I think she knows how to relate to the kids. She really is just in tune. She’s able to speak to them, especially if they’ve had a bad day, et cetera, so that she knows what’s going on with them and they’re able to open up to her. |
| Did you have any issues with your items going missing? Did she borrow money | No, no, we have not. We generally do a giveaway pile with my family, and she’s one of the first person then gets to choose out of those giveaway piles before we give them to any charities. |
| How old were the children and what did she help with | The first was two, and the little one was, like I said, just a little one. |
| What type of meals did she prepare | she makes all the lunches for the day, she does all the desserts that we have, she just does a variety of meals. She does burgers, etc., wraps, whatnot. So, yeah, she’s able to do any of those for lunch for the kids and then also cook nutritious meals for dinner. |
| Was she thorough | Yes, I am very happy with the cleaning. She does rotation the house in terms of where she concentrates on a daily basis, but she does do the overall cleaning. She changes the bedding on a weekly basis, and she makes sure that she does a pile of laundry twice a week during the week and on the weekends, so on a date. Everyone ensures that there’s enough clothes and especially school uniforms, et cetera. |
| Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? | N/A |
| Communication Skills | She’s a good communicator. She’s respectful, even when there’s something that she doesn’t like, she finds a way to respectfully address it. So I think she’s really much a good communicator. |
| Pets? | No, we don’t have any animals |
| Would you recommend her services? | Yes, I would definitely recommend her |
