From when to when did she work for you: can’t remember the exact dates, but it was definitely last year into the beginning of this year
Why is she no longer employed? I wasn’t looking for a full-time person, just part-time help. I encouraged her to pursue her own interests, as she had mentioned continuing education and other goals. She eventually started a small home-baking business, supplying muffins to schools. She’s very entrepreneurial, always making things happen. That’s why she stopped working for me.
What were her Duties? She mainly worked as a housekeeper—cleaning the house and general household duties
How was her personality at work? She is an amazing person—always upbeat, always in a good mood, and very committed. She’s determined, positive, and a real go-getter. She stood out for her attitude and energy
What would you say your former employee needs more training in? It depends on the role, but for housekeeping, no, she doesn’t need training she’s thorough and capable. She’s also a trained critical teacher, very good with children, and a fast learner. Even if she doesn’t have skill yet, she picks it up quickly.
How many days in a week did she work? One day a week.
Was she Thorough? Yes, very much so. I’m quite fussy, but she was meticulous, thorough, and a very hard worker. Everything was always done properly.
Communication skills Excellent. She speaks English very well, understands instructions clearly, and asks questions when needed. She listens carefully and always ensures she knows what to do.
Pets I didn’t have pets, but she told me she had previously worked for someone with cats and dogs and got along well with them, so it wouldn’t be a problem.
Would you recommend her services? Absolutely, without a doubt.

From when to when did she work for you: She worked for us for a long time. According to her CV (2017–2024), that’s correct. If you need the exact dates, I’d need to check in my office.
Why is she no longer employed? She left to have a baby and to look after her children.
What were her Duties? She ran the household, cleaned, and also took care of the animals.
How was her personality at work? Very good. She was reliable and pleasant.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in? It depends on what you want her to do. As a housekeeper, she’s fine, she was very good with the animals. She did a bit of cooking, but it wasn’t her main duty.
How many days in a week did she work? 5 days a week
Yes, she was good. No complaints at all.
Communication skills Very good. I’d rate them 9 out of 10.
Would you recommend her services? Yes, I would.
