In-house- Home Cleaning Workshop

Our In-house Home cleaning workshop takes place in the comfort of your home by one of our expert facilitators. The Facilitator will guide and assist your housekeeper to gain new skills and expanding her knowledge assisting her with routine cleaning.

Topics

 The Cleaning Toolbox

• Cleaning products and the Toolbox (a caddy will be provided)

Kitchen  

• Cupboard cleaning

• Clean countertops
• Wipe down cabinets and drawers
• Clean sink and faucet
• Stove: clean top, front, and inside
• Oven: clean inside and outside
• Microwave: clean inside and outside
• Refrigerator: clean outside and inside
• Dishwasher: packing and unpacking
• Sweep, Vacuum, and mop floor
• Collect all loose items- pack away

Bedroom

• Dust surfaces
• Vacuum or sweep & mop floors
• Dust curtains
• Clean baseboards & tables next to bed
• Make bed – ensure bedding is ironed
• Collect all loose items- pack away

Floor

• Floors – ( Vacuuming and Mopping)
• Carpet cleaning

Bathrooms

• Clean toilets (including bowl, seat and base) pink cloth
• Scrub shower/tub (including tiles, grout, and showerhead)
• Clean sink and faucet (yellow cloth)
• Wipe down mirrors
• Clean light switches.
• Clean counters, cabinets doors
• Mop floor
• Window sill dust and clean
• Clean walls and baseboards- where marks occur
• Empty trash can
• Change towels – When needed

Living/Dining Rooms

• Dust/ Wipe surfaces (tables, shelves, etc.)
• Vacuum or sweep floors, carpet (underneath)
• Clean windowsills
• Clean Light switches
• Dust light fixtures/wall items
• Clean wooden furniture
• Wipe upholstery (sofas, chairs)
• Dust corners, inside windowsills
• Fluff and arrange cushions
• Collect all loose items- pack away

Equipment care & Other

• Windows, Chrome, and Mirrors ( Streak free)
• Birdcage /Animal cage or food bowl cleaning – if applicable

Includes a roster (Cleaning schedule)

The client will get a cleaning supply list – ensure all products and needed items are ready.
