SAGE
PAYROLL
Why it matters:
In South Africa, Section 33 of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) requires that all helpers receive a written payslip every payday. This slip must clearly show their earnings and any deductions.
What is included:
- Sage Payslip emailed monthly.
- Leave Forms and monthly leave tracking.
- Reports including: Emp201, 501, and Loan Tracking
About the fees:
- Monthly payment of R250.00 per employee.
- Combined UIF and Payslip per employee a monthly fee of R340.00pm.
EMPLOYMENT
CONTRACTS

- A once-off fee of R750.00 for drafting the employment contract for your helper.
COMPENSATION
FUND

COIDA is important because it ensures your employee is covered for work-related injuries or illnesses, keeping you compliant with South African labour laws while protecting both employer and employee.

- You submit this annually
About the fees:
- A once off household registration fee of R750.00
- The annual COIDA fee is based on 1.04% of annual earnings of the employee.
