From when to when did she work for you: I can’t remember the exact dates because I changed jobs a few times, but it was when my son was still very small
Why is she no longer employed? I can’t remember the exact dates because I changed jobs a few times, but it was when my son was still very small
What were her Duties? She was more of a nanny than a house helper. She helped me a lot with my son—hands-on care, playing with him, looking after him. I did have another helper who did the cleaning and ironing, but sometimes I asked her to prepare dinner or help with housework if needed.
How was her personality at work? She’s very happy, bubbly, and energetic. Very outgoing almost like a salesperson personality. Honestly, she would make a great primary school teacher because of her energy and the way she is with kids. She’s very outspoken, but always in a respectful manner. She’s good with child development teaching, swimming, reading, that sort of thing
What would you say your former employee needs more training in? I’m not sure what role she’s applying for now, but I think she already knows the fundamentals. For example, reading to a child and other basics she managed well. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with upgrading skills, but she didn’t really need extra training for what she was doing with my child.
How many days in a week did she work? At first she came about three times a week, and then later sometimes for a full week, depending on my schedule. I worked in sales and property, so she often stayed over when needed, especially during show days when both my husband and I were busy.
Did she work with children? How old were the child(ren) My child was still very young,
What sort of activities did she do with the child? She would read to the child, clap hands, and engage in interactive activities. She was very involved in developmental play.
Communication skills Very good. Her English is excellent. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate her an 8
Pets No, we did not have pets.

Would you recommend her services? Absolutely, yes. She’s very good.

From when to when did she work for you: She’s been working for me for over three years.
Why is she no longer employed? Currently working
What were her Duties? She handles everything related to my child, his calendar, school pick-ups and drop-offs, assistance with homework and projects, playdates, activities, and doctor’s appointments. At different stages of his development, she’s been able to adapt when he was younger, she provided more stimulating activities, and now that he’s more independent, she supports him with his school and extracurricular needs.
How was her personality at work? She’s great, very communicative and proactive. As long as expectations are clear, she adapts well. I’ve learned to be explicit in outlining what I want, and once that’s done, she executes well. The relationship she has with my son is excellent he absolutely adores her.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in? t depends on the needs of the parent. For everyday au pair duties, she is fully capable and independent. In my case, my son is neurodivergent and sometimes requires more specialized support, so additional expertise is needed for that. But for standard childcare, she manages very well.
How many days in a week did she work? She works five days a week, but now that my son has later school and activities, she only starts from around 12pm.
Is she punctual and loyal to her work? Very punctual and reliable.

Did she work with children? How old were the child(ren) My son is about eight years old now.
Communication skills She has good communication skills. Sometimes I’ve asked her to be more proactive, but that’s more because I’m very detail oriented. Once I give feedback, she takes it well. She’s self-sufficient and gets on with her work.
Would you recommend her services? Yes, I would definitely recommend her. She’s reliable, adaptable, and very good with children.
