From when to when did she work for you:	She worked for me for a number of years. After working for me, she moved over to work for my sister for another two years, so she remained within the family.
Why is she no longer employed?	She no longer worked for me because she moved to my sister’s household. That was the only reason. My sister immigrated back home and had a little one, so she then worked for my sister’s family. She has really been part of our family for a while.
What were her Duties?	Her duties were mainly childcare. She started with me when my son was around 30 months old. I also got her through an agency. On a number of occasions, she would look after the children on Friday or Saturday nights as well. One of my children had chronic asthma, and she was amazing with them. She was very good with administering medication whenever I had to go out. She handled everything really well.
How was her personality at work?	She was attentive, gentle, patient, and deeply invested in their wellbeing and development. She is intelligent, warm, easy to communicate with, and consistently professional. she is always willing to help, eager to learn, and approaches her work with dedication and pride.
Do you think she need more training?	No, she is very intelligent. She has actually been trying to further herself by studying and improving her skills as well.

From when to when did she work for you:	Well, it’s a bit of a different situation because we were actually living in Denmark while I still worked for a South African company. I often had to travel back to South Africa for business trips and I would bring my son with me. At the time, she was working for my sister and had helped raise my sister’s two boys. While she was working for my sister, she also started helping take care of my son. We then moved back permanently to South Africa and from then on she worked for me permanently.
Why is she no longer employed?	She had some family matters that she needed to take care of. Unfortunately, because of my work responsibilities, I needed someone more consistently available. I never wanted to take her away from what she needed to do personally, but I also needed to make sure my son was cared for and the household was running while I was at the office.
What were her Duties?	Her duties were primarily to look after my son. While he was at school, she would also help around the house with cleaning, ironing, washing, and general household duties.
How was her personality at work?	She is very confident and great to have conversations with. She really became part of the family. She is intelligent and easy to get along with.
What did she excel in?	She is really, really good with my son. She has completed childcare courses and she is very invested in children. Every single day she would play with him and spend quality time with him. She was proactive when it came to milestones like potty training and developmental stages. She was honestly very good with my son.
Do you think she need more training?	Maybe from a housekeeping perspective she could improve with cooking, because I always handled the cooking myself. But otherwise, I honestly cannot say there was any major area where further training was needed.
Did you ever have any issues with your items going missing?	No, she never borrowed money and I never had issues with items going missing.

Why is she no longer employed?	She received a better work opportunity with a better salary, which I completely understood. It was also a lot of work because I had five children, and she wanted to better herself. I had no problem with her moving on and wished her all the best.
What were her Duties?	She was actually teaching my child. She started as a teacher for my daughter in the mornings, and later she also helped with my other children in the afternoons. At the time, my children were very young, some almost newborn and others around two or three years old. She also stayed on our property.
