Family: West Feedback
From when to when did she work for you:      It was from May 2023 until last year February. So yeah, 2023 May till February 2025
Why is she no longer employed? She unfortunately had to take care of her own family. She lives quite far away from where we are, and, yeah, she had to travel back and forth, and I think her household situation needed her to be a mom more than what we needed her at the point.
What were her Duties? She was responsible initially for looking after my son, who at the time when she started with us was three months old. She was, yeah, primary caregiver for him while we were working and doing household chores and stuff in between looking after him. But her main thing was, yeah, she was a child caregiver, child caregiver, caregiver for our son at the time, and then also just doing stuff around the house and management with my daughter as well after school.
How was her personality at work? Very, very outgoing, very caring. She’s got a very positive energy. Yeah, I think, as I say, very caring and, yeah, just a good energy and good. On our initial interview with her, she was engaging. She was very confident in herself. She engaged with us in different ways.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in? I don’t think so. I can’t think of anything offhand.
What did she excel in? She’s a very well-spoken woman, very sort of logical thinker and, yeah, just very good at planning things. Yeah, communication was good. Yeah, I think all those sorts of things. Very well-rounded person, very caring as well, and willing to just go the extra mile with regards to certain things.
Loyalty to her work? Very loyal.
Was she mostly on time for work? Yes she was live-in
How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house? We had two dogs. She was comfortable, yeah. So she had to feed them twice a day. When we were away, she looked after them.
Her thoroughness? Extremely thorough she could do house work while watching a small baby.
How many days in a week did she work? She worked five days a week, and then every second weekend, on a Saturday
Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? Yes, she served six weeks noticed and helped to train the new helper coming in after her.
Would you recommend her services? Yes, definitely I would do that.
Communication skills? Very good

From when to when did she work for you:      I’m not sure, but it’s something like four plus years, maybe.
Why is she no longer employed? There was something about her mother. The family wanted her to look after her mother. I think she went to take care of her mother.
What were her Duties? She was basically a domestic worker, and we are running a foster house. So she helped me a lot with the children, and sometimes she would watch the children for small times, and she was helping me prepare stuff for them, like dinner, lunches, and, you know, their rooms and stuff like that.
How was her personality at work? She was more like a partner. So we were working together, you know, we were connecting and we were chatting, and she’s very friendly. She’s very friendly and she’s very calm, you know, she doesn’t get upset easily.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in? I think anything that you put her mind to, she will be able to do.
What did she excel in? She was good with the children, she was good with helping, she was good with washing. She was, yeah, she was good with everything.
Loyalty to her work? Very loyal
Was she mostly on time for work? Yes, yeah. If she never not show up, and if there was a problem that she couldn’t show up, she usually let me know in time.
How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house? She was good with the children. Regarding animals: they weren’t a problem with her. We had an African grey, two big dogs and one small dog.
Her thoroughness?
How many days in a week did she work? I think it was three. I think it was three times a week. Sometimes four, if we needed her for something.
Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? Because I think for a while that they wanted to go. But I can’t remember how it happened when she was leaving or what what, but it was a few years back.
Would you recommend her services? Yes.
Communication skills? she had good communication skills.
