| Why is she no longer employed? | We relocated. We were devastated because soon after that my mom passed, and soon after that we sold the farm and moved. |
| What were her Duties? | She was a domestic. She was a full-time helper. She looked after my mom. The cleaning things, that we don’t even have to ask. It entailed everything. So unhooking curtains, cleaning them, putting, hooking the curtains back up, taking things out of the cupboard, wiping the back of the cupboard. It’s basically, like, spring cleaning. Moving big Persian carpets. |
| How was her personality at work? | She’s got a quiet disposition. She’s very sweet person. She’s in her own bubble. She’s more comfortable if she knew you on a personal level, but otherwise she’s to herself. She’s not very extroverted. She’s not introverted. She’s a very sweet person. She shows. You can see, like, she’s intelligent, but she doesn’t speak for just the sake of speaking. She’s got a very modest disposition, very polite. |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | Not really |
| What did she excel in? | She’s a hard worker. She’s quite strong. She’s able to lift and move. We also had a honey production farm on that house, and she was able to move and help us with the honey. She can help us bottle, she help us label. She’s an all-rounder. |
| Loyalty to her work? | She has worked with my family for about 17 years. She was just part of the family. She’s literally family. |
| Was she mostly on time for work? | Always. Always |
| How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house? | She was good with, takes relationships as well. We had dogs, cats, chickens, big dogs, small dogs. Yeah, no problem. She had to go get the chicken coop and fetch the eggs, or feed the chickens, no problem. We also had fish in the pond. And she’s also good with elderly. I mean, my dad is like 72, and they, she also doesn’t talk a lot. They are kind of doing their thing. |
| Her thoroughness? | The cleaning things, that we don’t even have to ask. |
| How many days in a week did she work? | She was a full-time helper. She was working with my mom every single day. If we needed her occasional weekend, she would be there without a problem |
