| What were her Duties? | She was a care worker and cook for the care home and care for 16 patients at a time from 25yrs – 86yrs. |
| How was her personality at work? | She was always friendly, helpful, and a reliable worker. |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | She does not have certificates to match her experience, but always willing to learn more. |
| What did she excel in? | She took good care of one patient that was bed ridden. She was very authentic in her care and sitting by her every day chatting and keeping her company. You can see she genuinely loved her job. |
