Why is she no longer employed?	I no longer was able to afford her anymore.
What were her Duties?	She cleaned the house and flat. She also did the washing, ironing.
How was her personality at work?	She is a very friendly lady and never moody when it was requested to do extra work. The kids liked her a lot. She was always very neat and presentable as well.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	Possibly cooking, I am unsure.
What did she excel in?	Her ironing was exceptional.
Loyalty to her work?	Yes she is very loyal. I have never experienced that anything got lost or was taken.
Was she mostly on time for work?	Yes, she was always on time. I used to pick her up daily from the transport point. Her working speed and time management was good as well.
How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house?	She was a part of the family. She did look after one baby(6-7months) for my brother as a stay-in. While my father (69yr) was sick she took care of him as well in his last days. She also cleaned for my daughter occasionally.
Her thoroughness?	Yes, she is definitely thorough.

Did she cook? Example of the meals?	I never asked her to prepare any food and am unsure about that.

Communication skills?	She understood Afrikaans and English well and good complete instructions. I am unsure about her writing skills. She also communicated well when there were any problems.
