What were her Duties?	Mariska started as our nanny and also took care of housekeeping duties. Around six years ago, when my father became ill, she also assisted as his caregiver before he passed away. During her employment, she completed a full-time caregiver course because she has a passion for caring for the elderly.
How was her personality at work?	Mariska is a very hardworking, caring, and dependable person. She has become part of our family over the years, and we have always had an excellent relationship. She fits in well and is someone we completely trust.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	No. She performs her housekeeping and nanny duties very well. She has also advanced her skills by completing caregiver training and is capable of working as a nanny, housekeeper, or caregiver.
What did she excel in?	She is extremely caring and dependable. She is wonderful with children, compassionate towards the elderly, and can always be relied upon to complete her responsibilities well.

What type of meals did she prepare	Yes. She cooked meals two to three times a week because she genuinely enjoys cooking. During the time I underwent cancer treatment and chemotherapy, Mariska practically managed the household by cooking, cleaning, and caring for the children. She was an incredible source of support during that difficult period. She prepared wholesome home-cooked meals, including stews and other traditional family meals, adapting well to the way our family cooks.
