| From when to when did she work for you: | From January 2024- September 2026 |
| Why is she no longer employed? | We just had to add security in our household because we had actually two helpers, her and another lady that is looking after my one-year-old. So I’ve got three kids. She was taking care of the two four-year-old and eight-year-old. So they go to school, and the little one doesn’t go to school. So I thought maybe let her go and leave the one that’s still looking after the little one, because now they’re more independent. She has just taught them how to be independent. They do most of the stuff for themselves. |
| What were her Duties? | She was taking care of the two four-year-old and eight-year-old. She was also a housekeeper and cooked for the family. |
| How was her personality at work? | She is a good person. |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | Not any training but she does not know when to take a break. |
| What did she excel in? | I’d say, I can’t say everything, but almost like everything. Communication is good, looking after kids, cleaning, and all of that. She’s good. |
| Loyalty to her work? | Yes |
| Was she mostly on time for work? | She was live-in. |
| How was her personality towards the kids in the house? | She’s a nice lady, especially with children. |
| How many days in a week did she work? | She worked full-time as a stay in helper. |
| Did she cook? Example of the meals? | Yes, she did. She can cook any meal. It depends what we request. |
| Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? | She did not need to because she was let go because the older children had become more independent and the household needed to make changes |
| Would you recommend her services? | Yes, I’d recommend her. Yes, I’d highly recommend her. |
| Communication skills? | Her communication skills are good, because even for, like, she was helping me manage my household, because even when there’s things that I need to buy, she would text me and give me a list of things and remind me of things. Yeah, she’s quite good. |
