How was her personality at work?	She is certainly not outspoken. She gets on with things, she does things, but she’s not shy. She’s able to communicate very well and she says what she’s thinking, which I actually appreciated, I know some people might not.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	Not for what she did for us at all. She did a little bit of food prep and cooking for us. That might be a nice area that she could get training in, but in terms of the housekeeping and the child care, she is very proficient
What did she excel in?	I really appreciated the way that she, how can I say it, she really took ownership and took initiative of things. So I gave her kind of a scope, and she was really able to see what needed to be done and to actually do all the things without having to kind of be told everything. So I really appreciated that. And yeah, she’s very diligent, she works very hard, and she’s always been very trustworthy. I’ve trusted her with the children, and she would often take care of things while I wouldn’t be there for a couple of weeks at a time. Yeah, I think that is a highlight
Did you have any issues with your items going missing? Did she borrow money	She did take out a couple of loans with us, which she always paid back, and no, we never had any basis of things going missing.”
How old were the children and what did she help with	They’re currently between 9 and 14, so when she started with us, I think they were between 2 and 8, something like that. So she would do babysitting and she would get in the bath with them, and she would take care of feeding and bathing and things like that when we weren’t there
Was she always on time for work?	She was punctual. There were some days where things happened, and she had a few periods of time where she struggled with her health, but she’s been back on track with it. Other than that, yeah

Yeah, I’m very old now, ma’am. You can ask, I’m the granny now, they call me Gogo, you know? But I know her whole family. I know every one of them, her brothers. I know her very well. Yeah, she’s a dedicated worker, she’s quite good.”
Why is she no longer employed?	I think she wanted to study, and she had a set of twins.
What were her Duties?	Well, you know, like a housemaid, like doing all my chores. You know, washing, I mean, at that time we didn’t own a washing machine, so it was all hand wash and all that
How was her personality at work?	She’s good. She’s honest. The main thing is honesty, you know, you trust the person. It’s not about, I don’t believe so much in work. I believe in honesty. I’ll be honest. Because if I can leave my house with her, leave everything with her, you know, that’s the most important thing, honesty. To me, it’s honesty, honestly.”
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	I don’t think so. I don’t think she needed any extra training.
What did she excel in?	Yes, with the kids, you know, she was good because she’s got kids as well
