| From when to when did she work for you: | She worked for our family for approximately five years, from the beginning of 2020 until around the middle of 2025. |
| Why is she no longer employed? | We no longer required full-time household help. She preferred not to work for two families at the same time, so we helped her find another suitable family. She subsequently worked for that family for approximately six months before they no longer needed her because the mother decided not to return to work. |
| What were her Duties? | She worked as a nanny and cared for our children. She started when our first child was three months old and later cared for both children. Her duties also included cleaning, washing, ironing, keeping the house tidy and preparing meals for the baby. |
| How was her personality at work? | She is reserved around her employers but is very respectful, quiet and polite. She is hardworking, trustworthy, diligent and reliable. She is much less reserved around children and has a very good nature with them. |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | She could benefit from some additional training in communication, particularly being more proactive when communicating with her employer. She can be somewhat nervous around employers and may not always proactively provide updates or mention when household supplies are running low. However, she follows instructions very well and responds appropriately when spoken to. |
| What did she excel in? | She excels in cleaning and childcare. She is a very hardworking and thorough cleaner, and she always left the house spotless. She is also very responsible, patient, kind and attentive with young children. |
| Loyalty to her work? | |
| How old were the child(dren) and what activities did she do with them? | She started caring for our first child when she was three months old and continued until our eldest was five years old. She later cared for our second child from a young age until the child was three years old and started school full-time. Her responsibilities included general childcare, attending to their needs and preparing meals for the baby. |
| How many days in a week did she work? | She worked full-time, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 |
| Has she borrowed money before? Has anything gone missing while she was working there? | Nothing ever went missing from our home. She was extremely trustworthy and never borrowed money. On one or two occasions during the early years, she asked to receive part of her salary in advance when she was struggling to make it through the month, but she never asked for anything beyond her salary. |
| How was her work speed? | She was very speedy and efficient. She managed to complete a substantial amount of cleaning while also caring for a baby |
| Was she Thorough | She was very thorough and detailed. She did not cut corners, and the house was consistently left spotless. She was also very attentive and caring when looking after the children. |
| Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? | She did not resign. We knew that we would eventually no longer require a full-time nanny, so we spent approximately a year helping her find a suitable family to move on to. |
