| From | Ferreira Family |
| From when to when did she work for you: | I think she worked for me four years or something like that. |
| Why is she no longer employed? | If I remember correctly, she got married and her husband didn’t want her to work anymore. It had nothing to do with her work performance or how she looked after the baby. |
| What were her Duties? | She looked after my daughter in the mornings because I left early for school or work. She got her ready for nursery school and also cleaned the house. |
| How was her personality at work? | Very, very good. I didn’t have any problems with her |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | At that time she was really good to my daughter and really good to me. I suppose it depends on what people want, but for me the most important thing was that my daughter was looked after nicely, and she did that very well. |
| Did you ever have issues with items going missing in the house? | Not ever, no. |
| How old were the kids when she started working for you? | Maybe around four or five years old. It also overlapped with Grade 1 and Grade 2, but she was still very small. |
| How many days in a week did she work? | She was a permanent live-in helper. She stayed with me full-time and even looked after my daughter on weekends if I had work functions at night. I trusted her completely with my daughter. |
| Communication Skills? | We really didn’t have any issues. |
| Would you recommend her services? | Definitely. It was many years ago, but my experience with her was very good. She still speaks to me from time to time. I Moved to Johannesburg and found another housekeeper so I couldn’t reemploy her. She was good |
