| From when to when did she work for you: | 2018 -2026 |
| Why is she no longer employed? | It’s affordability on our side. We really wanted her back, but the affordability part. |
| What were her Duties? | She was our helper in the house and our child’s, what do you call, the caregiver. We have two children who are disabled, so she was assisting with the children and also assisting in the house with housekeeping. So we met her when she was doing the one who’s in a wheelchair, so he cannot do anything on his own. So SS was assisting and also assisting with their school homework. She also cooked for the family. |
| How was her personality at work? | Her personality? She’s a very friendly person, someone that I could rely on all the time. Like I said, I have two disabled children, so I could rely on her and depend, and actually my two children were dependent on her. So she’s someone who has a heart of helping people. She’s so loving, and when she does something, she does it with her heart |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | Just small things, and I think wherever, as a person, maybe I want something to be done in this way. But immediately I ask her to fix it and do it the way I showed her, she would do it that way. So no complaints, nothing at all. |
| What did she excel in? | She’s a good communicator, so anything that is not okay, she would communicate, or if she didn’t understand something, she would ask, and then she can also take instructions. When we give her instructions on how one thing should be done in the house, she would never get grumpy or anything. She would do it as we asked her to do so. |
| Loyalty to her work? | Yes |
| Was she mostly on time for work? | All the time. |
| How was her personality towards the pets in the house? | We had dogs. When she left, we had a dog that just gave birth to nine puppies. |
| Her thoroughness? | Cleaning? Out of 10, I would say 9.5. cooking skills? Out of 10, I would say 9. Yeah, because there’s always room for improvement. |
| How many days in a week did she work? | 5 days a week |
| Did she cook? Example of the meals? | Okay, for the kids, I would say from breakfast, and then lunch when they come back from school, and then supper. And for us, it was only supper because we eat breakfast at work and lunch at work. |
| Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? | I let her go because we could not afford her anymore. |
| Would you recommend her services? | Definitely. Definitely. She’s a very nice person with a good heart. |
| Communication skills? | She has really great communication skills. |
