She helped those who needed assistance with their schoolwork and engaged others in age appropriate activities. From when to when did she work for you:	DM worked for me personally for over two years. She began caring for my daughter when she was around four years old and remained with us until my child started school at the age of six.
Why is she no longer employed?	Her services were no longer required as my child started Grade 1, and I transitioned to working from home. With these changes, I no longer needed full-time nanny assistance.

Childcare: Full responsibility for my daughter’s daily care Housekeeping: Cleaning, ironing, and general household management Household Coordination: Managed external workers such as painters, gardeners, and service providers Cooking: Prepared meals for my daughter Pet Care: Comfortable and caring with household pets
How was her personality at work?	She is truly a kind-hearted person, especially with children. My daughter loved her dearly, and DM formed a special bond with her. She was warm, attentive, and loving not only to my child but to our entire household. Her personality was always positive, and there were never any issues during her time with us.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	DM has a background from a crèche environment, so we did not feel the need to send her for additional training such as first aid. She was already well-versed in safety practices and how to respond in emergency situations like choking.

Did she work with children? How old were the child(ren)	Although she cared for my daughter from age four onwards, I believe she would be just as capable with younger children. Communication skills	Her communication skills are excellent. In fact, one of the main reasons we hired her was because of her strong command of English and her ability to express herself clearly.
Pets	She was wonderful with animals, often seen carrying and caring for our dogs. She was also comfortable around our cat.
Would you recommend her services?	I wholeheartedly recommend DM for any nanny or childcare position. She is a trustworthy, capable, and loving individual who became a valued part of our family. I cannot say a single negative thing about her she was truly a blessing in our home.
