| What did she excel in? | At kids. When someone has experience with kids. When you hire a mother, it’s easier when she has kids, because she’s a mother; she knows how to handle kids, and she knows how to handle a toddler, she knows how to handle a baby. |

| Why is she no longer employed? | The contract was for six months, so after my baby adjusted, I ended it. I no longer needed help. She would come from time to time, just for housekeeping. |
| What were her Duties? | She was taking care of my infant. She did night routines because most of the time I was not around at night. She was there with me for that time. She also did housekeeping and cooking. |
| How was her personality at work? | Personality-wise, she’s a very friendly person. She communicates. She’s consistent. She’s open. |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? | She doesn’t need training. She came in and adapted very easily, very fast. She didn’t need much babysitting. I just told her what I need, how I need it, and it took her less than a week for her to adjust, to do what I ask, how I ask. I was not really after her or babysitting her for any matter. |
