From when to when did she work for you:      RJ has been working for us since approximately November 2025 and is currently still employed.
Why is she no longer employed? She is still employed. However, we are unable to offer her a permanent position at this stage as the business is still in its developmental and registration phase. This is not related to her performance.
What were her Duties? She cared for children, primarily infants and toddlers aged 8 months to 2½ years old. She also assisted with older children when needed, interacted with parents, welcomed children on arrival, and helped with the day-to-day running of the childcare facility.
How was her personality at work? RJ has a wonderful personality. She is friendly, positive, approachable, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in? No significant areas requiring additional training were identified. She follows instructions well, adapts to routines, and performs her duties competently.
What did she excel in? She excelled in taking initiative, working independently, communicating with parents, caring for children, and assisting with the overall management of daily operations when required.
Loyalty to her work? RJ demonstrated a high level of loyalty and commitment. She was dependable and could be trusted to take responsibility when management was unavailable.
Was she mostly on time for work? Yes. Her punctuality was excellent. She often arrived well before the start of her shift and was consistently prepared and ready to work.

Communication skills? Her communication skills are excellent. She is open, approachable, and communicates effectively with management, colleagues, parents, and children.
