worked for me from approximately 2010 till this year She worked for me for several years. |
| Why is she no longer employed? |
Unfortunately, our business went through some financial difficulties and we could no longer afford to keep her on a full-time basis. We offered for her to come in on a less frequent basis, but she was used to receiving a monthly salary, and the reduced income would have been significantly less. As a result, she stopped working for us. |
| What were her Duties? |
She worked for me as a domestic worker and caregiver. She looked after my son, who has special needs, and also assisted with the domestic work in our home. She also did some cooking, although cooking was not a major part of her duties |
| How was her personality at work? |
She is an absolute gem of a person. She is extremely trustworthy, pleasant, easygoing and always positive. She would come to work happy and laughing and never arrived with problems or complaints. She was a very special person to have in our home. |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? |
I would say housekeeping is not really her strongest area. Her strength is definitely caring for my son. For housekeeping, I would rate her approximately an 8 out of 10. |
| What did she excel in? |
Her caring nature and patience with my son really stood out. She was also extremely punctual and loyal. Those are some of the qualities I appreciated most about her. |
| How old were the kids when she started work? |
My son was born in 2008, so he was approximately five years old when she started working for me.
She was excellent with my son. He has special needs, so caring for him was not always easy, but she was extremely caring and patient. She never became irritated with him and always showed a lot of patience and understanding. I would give her a 10 out of 10 for caring for my son. |

Yes, she was extremely punctual. In all the years that she worked for me, she was never late. |
| How many days in a week did she work? |
Yes, she worked five days a week, from Monday to Friday. |
| Communication skills? |
Her communication was good. In the beginning, I had to teach her that she should never be afraid to communicate with me if something happened and she was going to be late or had a problem. Once I explained this to her, her communication was excellent. |
| Would you recommend her services? |
Yes, absolutely. I would definitely recommend her. She is extremely trustworthy, caring, patient, loyal and punctual. I still regret that I no longer have her working for me |
