| From when to when did she work for you: |
She started from 2020, I think in 2019, I’m not sure which month. But it should be in between March and February. She left this year, I think around May or June. |

| What were her Duties? |
She was in housekeeping. She started as a receptionist, but she was still learning at that moment, so they decided to move her to housekeeping. She was responsible for cleaning rooms. |
| How was her personality at work? |
She’s a quiet, bubbly person, shy. Doesn’t talk that much. She keeps herself to herself. |
| What would you say your former employee needs more training in? |
I think maybe the styling of her, you know how people set their beds is different. But with us, no. She was given the training for only a maximum of two weeks, and she mastered it. So it differs from economy rooms to superior rooms to executive rooms. So it goes different how you set the bed. |
| What did she excel in? |
When you give a task, she will finish. That’s the, let’s say, time management. Normally we had something like 31 rooms. There would be four of them or three. Then we assign those rooms, like eight of each to each person. The hotel checks out at 10 and then checks in at 4, so in between that time they should be done with their rooms. |
| Loyalty to her work? |
She was very devoted to her work, I can say that. |
| Was she mostly on time for work? |
Yeah, the times usually, but she had only two times when she was late. She’s not someone who gives excuses. She’s not someone who likes to mix business and pleasure. |

When you give a task, she will finish. She was able to complete her assigned rooms within the required time. The maximum was eight to ten rooms per day. |
| How many days in a week did she work? |
She was employed full-time. |
| Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable? |
Yes, she gave a three weeks’ notice. |
| Would you recommend her services? |
I would say 80% to 90% I can recommend. |
| Communication skills? |
Her English is good. I can’t say excellent, but it’s good. With a person who is shy, sometimes she can’t answer you direct. She will go through the panel, like, okay, she’ll tell someone and someone will come and tell you.
If she’s going to be late for work, she is able to let you know beforehand. She can text on the phone. On the two occasions she was late, she texted, “No, I’m stuck on traffic, I’ll be there in the next 10, 15 minutes.” |
