· Making and changing beds and ensuring rooms are properly prepared for guests.

· Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, showers, baths, mirrors, and sinks.

· Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors and surfaces.

· Replenishing toiletries, towels, linen, and other guest amenities.

· Collecting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and storing laundry and linen.

· Keeping public areas such as lounges, dining areas, reception areas, and walkways clean and presentable.

· Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.

· Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management.

· Assisting with preparing rooms for new arrivals and ensuring check-out rooms are cleaned promptly.

· Maintaining cleaning supplies and informing management when stock needs to be replenished.

· Following health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

· Assisting with general housekeeping duties as required.

· Providing friendly and professional service to guests when required.
