From when to when did she work for you:	She was already working here before I started, and I’ve been here for almost two years. I think she’s worked here for about four or more years. I remember she was here during COVID, so she’s been here quite a while.
Why is she no longer employed?	She still helps out from time to time on a part-time basis. She’s no longer fully employed because business has slowed down.
What were her Duties?	She worked as a housekeeper. Her duties included room turnarounds, helping with breakfast, laundry, and general housekeeping. Both. She could cook as well. If one of the managers was in a rush, she would help prepare breakfast.
What type of meals did she prepare?	She prepared English breakfasts, including bacon, eggs, mushrooms, and sausages.

What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	If she moved into a five-star environment, she might need a little training, but it would be quick and wouldn’t be difficult.
