What were her Duties?	She comes in at 6 a.m. and prepares breakfast for the guests. Our housekeeper starts at 6 a.m. and sets up the breakfast area. We serve breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Our breakfast is not a buffet; it’s made to order. Guests tell her how they would like their breakfast, and she prepares it. After breakfast service, she cleans the breakfast area, washes the dishes, and then services the guest rooms.
How was her personality at work?	She’s a people’s person. She’s very friendly and gets along with everyone, including the guests. Some guests even ask specifically if she’s on duty.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	When it comes to housekeeping, preparing breakfast, and making dinner, she doesn’t need any training.
What did she excel in?	She’s got very good people skills and communication skills. She does her job to the best of her ability. She gets to know the guests, remembers their preferences, communicates well with them, and makes them feel at home. We’ve never received bad feedback regarding her room servicing. Our housekeepers are responsible for breakfast, servicing the rooms, and doing the laundry.
How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house?	Not now, but the previous owner had pet cats. We also have monkeys around because we’re close to the jungle. She worked for the previous owner, and when the guest house was sold, she continued working here
Her thoroughness?	Yes. She’s well organized and pays attention to detail.
How many days in a week did she work?	She used to work five days a week, but because of business slowing down, the owner reduced her schedule to three days a week due to financial constraints.
Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable?	She is still with us.
Would you recommend her services?	Absolutely. I highly recommend her. Any family would be lucky to have her, and if I didn’t already have a long-term full-time helper, I would hire her again without hesitation.
