Why is she no longer employed?	We have retired and no longer have the guesthouse and only have her clean our house.
What were her Duties?	She worked for us in our guest house and home. Her duties were cleaning the guesthouse, laundry, ironing, cooking and cleaning our home.
How was her personality at work?	She is a quiet, gentle, willing and eager to complete her work tasks.
What would you say your former employee needs more training in?	As far as housekeeping and cooking is concerned she certainly does not need any training.
What did she excel in?	She was very steady. She did not slack or get bored with repetitive domestic tasks. She is very persistent in her work and does it with excellence day-after-day. That’s her star quality.
Loyalty to her work?	She worked for us for over 20 years and as always been incredibly reliable, hard-working and just an absolute star.
Was she mostly on time for work?	Even when I asked her to complete extra tasks or help out a neighbor, she was willing, reliable and on time.
How was her personality towards the kids and animals or the elderly in the house?	She has no problems with dog. She is very kind with all ages of people.
Her thoroughness?	She is not the fastest of workers. She does however definitely pay attention to detail and when she is done everything is spotless.
How many days in a week did she work?	Twice a month.
Did she cook? Example of the meals?	She set tables and did cook for guest and the faimily.
Did she give notice when she resigned/ if applicable?	She always let us know in advance if she had any doctor appointment or if she was going to be late. I can’t think of any instance where she did not pitch and did not let us know anything.
Would you recommend her services?	I would most definitely recommend her services as a domestic. She was our most reliable staff member. In fact as a domestic you could not get a better person, since she does her work so thoroughly and her attention to detail is superb.
Communication skills?	She does struggle a little bit with English. However, if you just speak a little slower and provide as much detail as possible while explaining she has absolutely no problem carrying out the tasks as expected.
